The demo accounts have a nice touch where you can sign in as a power user - Bill Lumbergh or a regular user - Peter Gibbons.

5pm sounds like a good collaboration tool. Currently I use Communiclique and I am very happy with the services that their product provides. One feature that I really enjoy is the VoIP software that is integrated into the product. Does 5pm offer this or any other mobile capabilities?

Well, these guys will have to go a long way to become closer to market leaders, such as Wrike. BTW it seems like they copied some of the Wrike features. I still like Wrike's drag-n-drop timeline better. Another advantage of Wrike is its email integration.

Too much marketing stuff in your post. Sorry. I think that ability to create tasks via email is great. I think that all pm tools should use have it. I've been managing projects for more than 5 years now and I know that email is the core of project communications. So it's really strange you don't use it in 5 pm. I've checked out 5pm and Wrike sites BTW. They released the feature this January. Wrike was originally launched with this feature in 2006. I think it's always up to you to decide what software you will use, but I also think that you should promote your product honestly.

5pm actually does have email integration...

And, it looks like their software was around for a while and 5pm is just a new version. www.qgsoftware.com - that's what I found. Those guys generated ideas long before Wrike was even around...

Looks like Wrike team is doing a good job by stocking all the posts on internet. I would understand if industry leaders would be called Basecamp, but Wrike... not sure about this.

5pm seams to come from an older version, long before Wrike was released. 5pm already supports email integration - I tried it, BTW. Doesn't seam like a big deal. Regular feature - I don't use it.

Also their Timeline is in Flash. Why is this important? It means it has a much bigger potential when it will come to drag and drop (Action script guys know what I'm talking about). Unless 5pm decides not to go this way.

Generally 5pm looks and feels very refreshing. Their service seams ok and I never heard of them positioning themselves as some kind of "industry leaders". That's up to me to decide who I consider a leader. Not some "industry".
