Some other things to consider are to:

Check Kayak for airfare prices in addition to Priceline, Hotwire, and Travelocity.

Get a Clear Card if the airport you frequent supports them. Who doesn't like skipping lines?

Set up a money market account and debit card through PayPal if you accept online payment a lot. If you need the cash fast you can always run the card and seeing the dividend deposit once a month is surprisingly refreshing.

Don't forget to sign up for the American Express Rewards Program when you take out an Amex business card. The membership is separate from the card itself and well worth the annual fee. The major benefit is that the miles you earn can be transfered to a variety of airlines - Delta, Continental, Northwest etc. Additionally, as your business grows you can add new card members and have the miles earned by their purchases filter to your account. That way all the charge activity by your employees will earn miles for your account.

I know a lot of people who want to try a new hotel each time they travel. They like the idea of experiencing a new room, a new kind of service, etc. That is all well but they might be missing on a whole lot of discount opportunities and freebies they can get if they favor one specific hotel. I think there's something like this for airlines, too.
