Account Manager

Leading L.A. based advertising agency seeks talented Account Manager for our Innovations Team, which implements new marketing and digital strategies to help all of our clients navigate the emerging media and evolving technology landscape. We take advertising to the next level by embracing emerging trends and technologies to reach the consumer in revolutionary ways. This is a special division created specifically to keep tabs on the latest developments in technology, media, marketing, consumer behaviors, trends in pop culture and the digital world. Major accounts in film, television, gaming, beverages, auto and others.

With a presence in 22 markets in North America, Initiative provides strategic consulting and ideas to power media and is the only agency with an Innovations group focused on taking our clients into the new media world.
We are looking for a creative marketing manager to develop ideas and presentations to existing and new clients in digital media, traditional media and branded entertainment.

* Candidates must have knowledge of the emerging technologies and existing media and be able to develop creative uses to help our advertisers ‘break through the clutter’.
* Successful candidates will have 3+ years in advertising, media, digital, broadband, wireless companies or related marketing background, and have an entrepreneurial spirit yet work well in a corporate environment.
* Must have strong presentation skills and be able to generate ideas.
* Looking for a team player with an attitude that no job is too small!
