		<description>Even if they do come out with some sort of an update that allows you to turn it off on install, what good will that do?  In order to get those types of updates, you generally have to have the product already installed.  In addition, those of who do already have CS3 on our machines really shouldn&#039;t have to remove it and reinstall it just to turn off the spyware applications.

Nice work on getting the dirt and getting semi-straight answers out of Adobe.  Kudos to you, Allen.</description>
