Ever since they changed it, it seems like i have had nothing but problems getting around, things won't load right and if they do, they load much slower. Also every once in a while my tool bar disappears for no reason. Just signing on to aol takes alot longer. I want the old screen back, but when i complained to aol about it they said i was stuck with it and that everyone would get the new screen sooner or later. I am going to cancel my aol membership, and i hate to do that, because i have really enjoyed it over the years. AOL is not very knowledgeable about it's own product, simply put! They cannot answer simple questions concerning any issues about AOL. This is why I don't bother to ask them for help anymore. All you have to do, is go through the grueling process of calling them, and telling them that you don't want to pay for the monthly fee anymore. Their internet and email services are FREE!!!
