How Big Can You Think?
The Associate Marketing Manager will work with the Shopping and Travel marketing teams to drive performance based online marketing efforts. This person will take responsibility for managing, executing and analyzing engagement and acquisition campaigns. The Marketing Manager will achieve success by hitting traffic and revenue goals across a variety of marketing channels including, email, graphical banners and Yahoo.com placements. Responsibilities will also include tracking, reporting and optimization recommendations across channels.
Responsibilities
– Work with internal partners to develop and execute media plans to acquire new customers and engage existing customers.
– Manage special ad-hoc project requests.
– Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, media, ad sales and business operation teams.
– Assist with developing and project managing new marketing programs with both internal and external partners and agencies.
– Manage reporting, analytics and optimization of online campaigns. Analyze data to maximize ROI by programs.
Experience
2-5 years of professional experience at an internet / web company or online advertising agency
Basic understanding of online marketing, including graphical media, email marketing, targeting, tracking, delivery implementation, and analytics
Strong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize member acquisition campaigns.
Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet membership goals.
Must be results driven, detail oriented, and a team player.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Bachelor’s degree.
Good sense of humor.
