A great interview. Allan you're a great interviewer.

Question:

If I add jobamatic to my blog will I make $$$ for every click on the SH provided back fill jobs?

It looks like the "Additional Job Postings from the Web" which make up the back fill do not distinguish which are the paid jobs and which are not. So is the back fill comprised of ALL 5Million of your jobs or just the 1M which are "paid" and how do we tell the difference?

Thanks for the compliment Hans, I appreciate it!

I can't answer for Phil 100%, but I believe you only get paid for clicks to jobs that SimplyHired was paid for. Meaning if they show jobs from another board, or from a monster in the regular listings, you don't make any money on those.

Yes, but how do we know which listings they were paid for and which they were not? they do not seem to distinguish.

No, Simply hired can be paid for listings from other job boards. For example DICE sponsors all their listings on SH and therefore any clicks on DICE jobs and SH gets paid. If you search on the SH site it shows you which jobs are sponsored but in the case of jobamatic - how do we know which of the back fill jobs we get paid for clicks and which we do not??
