		<description>Okay, here&#039;s the deal.  Last postng was April 2008.  Since then, Blockbuster has failed dozens of time.  I check every night and I can tell you, they&#039;re screwy, but worst of all, they&#039;re totally unreliable.  They don&#039;t seem to care anymore; that&#039;s the real problem. They take over a week sometimes to process my movies, even when I bring the movies into their store and have them scanned into their computer system.  They like to send the movies out on wednesdays so they don&#039;t have to process more than once a week.  That stinks.  They used to be the new and improved Netflix, but now they&#039;re just lousy and unreliable.  I&#039;m pulling the plug and going back to netflix, how about you?</description>

		<description>What I don&#039;t understand is, even if their website is down, why are they unable to ship the movies in my queue?  I would think Blockbuster&#039;s shipping sites would have an advanced fool-proof system they follow, so even if the customer is unable to access their Blockbuster Online account, the movies in their queue that should be shipped will not also be affected.  Very bad computer system management.

In regards to not having a backup recovery plan, its not unusual that when a site goes down, they don&#039;t provide any Customer Service number.  Take Facebook or Myspace for example.  But then again.. we&#039;re not paying for those services, are we?</description>

		<description>Man does this suck! I haven&#039;t been shipped a movie yet this year! I have 30 movies in my Que and many say long wait or coming soon when they are available at my brick and mortor store. I think this qualifies for a free month. Maybe a trip to Netflix is warranted.
