Break Media Acquires Men's Entertainment Blog Wall Street Fighter
Written by Allen Stern - March 4, 2008
Break Media, home to ultra-popular break.com has announced this morning the acquisition of men's entertainment blog WallStreetFighter for an undisclosed sum. WallStreetFighter focuses on business news and financial humor and self-reports more than 500,000 unique monthly visitors. The Break Media network claims a reach of over 35 million men worldwide each month in the 18-34 year old male demographic.
Sure seems like content sites are on the rise as more players compete for the same advertising dollars. As for traffic to WallStreetFighter, Compete shows a solid growth curve and 115,000 unique U.S. visitors in January.
