Community Liaison

Magnify.net is a fast growing venture backed Internet Company located in New York City. We specialize in helping websites incorporate video into their sites and we’ve got a great product that separates us from the crowd. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a Community Liaison to join our team. The Community Liaison will be in charge of interaction with our customer base. This person will also play a key role in customer and interactions.

We’re looking for someone who “gets” the web and understands the importance of online video. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, outgoing and personable, and above all else be willing to do what it takes to get the job done. This individual should also be good on the phone, and enjoying speaking and building professional relationships with customers. Technical skills such as video experience and HTML are a plus, but not required.

We’re a small team on the cutting edge of online video. As such, we work hard, but we’re also a fun company to work for. The position will ultimately offer lots of room for the right candidate to grow along with the company.
