Those guys really bust their butt and have the community at the forefront of their strategy. Great sense of humor too (they've got a whiteboard easel with their "Business Plan" that you can see from outside. It reads: 1) Gather underpants 2) sell underpants 3) make profit! - i believe that's the South Park underpants gnomes they're referencing, which adds a little inside joke because their office is in the South Park area of SF).
