The Customer Service Representatives support the marketing and sales efforts of Wandrian Inc. by providing information, answering phone inquiries and guiding customers in their buying decision. Responsibilities include processing information requests, making reservations and supporting Wandrian Inc. programs in a timely and professional manner. This is an entry level position in a dynamic growing company with great opportunities and benefits!

Requirements:

  • Sales and customer service focused.
  • Energetic, personable and confident when talking to customers.
  • Exceptional telephone sales skills.
  • Computer skills such as Word, Excel and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
  • Able to take initiative.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible and team oriented.

Other Considerations:

  • Travel related background a plus!
  • Knowledge of European Rail a plus!
