Designer
Clipmarks is seeking an experienced, NY based, UI and UX designer. This position will be responsible for creation of visual assets, UI, and user experience for Clipmarks.com as well as other applications being developed. The designer will have a major influence on decision making, working directly with the CEO and developers to shape the look and feel of all Clipmarks properties.
Requirements
* Experience with the entire design process, from wireframes through final implementation
* Goal oriented design – ability to analyze a problem and articulate design solutions
* User Interface / GUI experience
* Creation of visual assets (photoshop, illustrator, etc)
* User Experience design
* Understanding of CSS and how design translates to code
* Understanding of information architecture and common interaction design practices
* Ability to design for the web with consideration for speed, overall size, and accessibility

Clipmarks is a recommended Firefox add-on that allows users to clip from web pages exactly what they want others to see.
