We’ve tried google docs and some other products… our team didn’t really “connect” to any of them.

Sounds like yet another application that tries to capture all projects and tasks in an online “bucket.” Are there any features which drive the completion of those tasks and projects? Outstanding listing! Another valid candidate for the time tracking catagory is TSheets. With Jott.com integration, clock in/out via SMS, and iPhone mobile time tracking app, and new and improved QuickBooks integration, there's something for just about everyone at TSheets.
