Overview of Position: The Digital Media Producer advises on, manages and executes online marketing campaigns across a variety of clients and platforms. This role is part creative director, part content creator, part account executive, part technologist and part social media guru in order to deliver ground-breaking Web-based campaigns.

The Digital Media Producer partners with project management to create and execute on the development of Websites, social media campaigns, viral video and more. In partnership with a project manager, the producer manages the activities of the design, development and content teams to fully execute on a project. As a senior member of the team, this role will be the liaison with PR teams to integrate online campaigns in-line with PR tactics and strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Advise agency clients and account teams on how to utilize digital media in their campaigns to solve business problems and communications challenges.
• Research and stay current on the latest digital media trends and techniques and regularly knowledge-share with agency teams as appropriate. • Concept creative online campaigns. • Gauge account staff and client satisfaction on a regular basis and provide analysis on how to improve efficiencies for future projects. • Develop and effectively communicate project concepts and ideas for campaign execution. • Partner with 3rd parties to deliver integrated marketing experiences including service providers, ad agencies, search engine marketers, event marketing, etc. • Make decisions on technology platforms, media mix and delivery mechanisms. • Lead virtual teams on execution of campaigns. • Assist in developing online marketing and promotional plans to drive visitors to digital content and campaigns. • Develop success metrics and work with agency Measurement teams to ensure that campaigns are meeting their marks. • Guide the development and implementation of best practices to improve cross-team efficiencies. • Lead junior strategists and production staff including direct management responsibilities. • Present professional development courses and utilize knowledge-sharing opportunities to support STUDIO D marketing and education initiatives. Lead and participate in team or agency projects as assigned. • Partner with other members of STUDIO D on a regular basis to explore new technologies and communications methods. • Serve as a STUDIO D representative in agency new business efforts, supporting from a strategy and production perspective.

Qualifications:
Education • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, design or related experience • 4-7 years experience in multimedia production, web design, advertising or related field • Knowledge of Web Design, Web development, Information Architecture • Proficient social media user (blogging, Twitter, Facebook, etc) • Expert knowledge of social media tools and technologies • Experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns. • Affinity for audio, video and technology tools. • Proven track record of creativity. • Excellent written and verbal communications. • Requires 20% travel
