Digital Producer

We’re currently seeking a Producer to play a key role as part of an energized, multi-disciplinary group, managing interactive projects from end to end, on time and on budget.

Our Producers are very much the heart of our projects and the glue that holds our development efforts together. While a project manager may be adept at scheduling, coordinating project efforts and resources, and budgeting, our producers must also possess a visceral understanding of creative development in all its forms as well as the ability to both facilitate creative dialogue and faithfully represent our creative efforts and methodologies to clients.

Responsibilities:
– Define and manage project scope, deliverables, schedule, resource needs and budget
– Manage the day-to-day contact with clients and act as liaison between the client and internal team
– Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
– Lead efficient meetings and conference calls
– Clearly communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team
– Play a dual role of internal and client advocate
– Be passionate about client success and delivering the highest quality work

Here are some of the qualifications we look for in our Producers:
– Experience working in a multidisciplinary, digital environment and the ability to coordinate and direct a team
– Respect and understanding of the strategic, creative and technology disciplines
– Experience and proficiency handling client contact for all project-level communications
– Ability to accurately track and communicate project status to client and internal team
– Experience and proficiency in structuring and executing large scale (1M+) projects
– A comprehensive understanding of the lifecycle of web development
– Ability to identify and manage project risks and solid change control experience
– Knowledge of project management principles, processes and software, including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
– Proficient in HTML
– Excellent written and oral communication
— 3-5 years project management experience in a client service environment; formal project management methodology, including various forms of project documentation; demonstrated ability to accurate identify and mitigate project risk, forecast development timelines and to budget accordingly
– Interactive/digital industry experience a must
