Summary:
The Director, Business Development will support activities within the Business Development group of EA Mobile. The ideal candidate will have experience working within business development, strategy, sales, account management, and product development functions. Primary responsibilities for the role include identifying, assessing, and executing upon business opportunities that meet the needs of the broader organization. The work atmosphere is fast-paced yet casual and the position reports to the VP of Business Development. Business travel is expected.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new business opportunities
- Write business plans with supporting data
- Negotiate distribution, licensing, and development deals
- Manage strategic relationships with business partners
- Champion accounts internally and keeps stakeholders informed
of potential deals
- Accountable for managing P&L
- Prepare internal and external presentations

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or related fields. MBA strongly preferred from a top tier university
- 10+ total years in a business development or product development role
- Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, high accountability role
- Develop, negotiate, and close strategic deals with external partners
- Mobile, video games, TV, film, online, or music experience strongly preferred
- Passion for gaming or other digital media
