Disney Acquires Video Game Developer Gamestar

Disney Interactive Studios has announced the acquisition of Chinese game developer Gamestar today. Founded in 2002, Gamestar is based in Shanghai with a team of 90 employees. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Should be interesting to see how they ultimately fare within such a competitive market.
