This is very true... after FuelEmpire I had to do exactly that... I was burned out and upset at the lack of forward progress. Since then I decided to do my own thing and work at my own pace, so I can be more relaxed. As a result, the time I spend in front of the computer is actually spent working, so it's more productive. I've become one of those people who seems to always be producing stuff, and still has time to hang out with friends and have a clean house. :)

It's great, really. Good write up, I'll be checking out those links.

Working on a computer all day can generate massive amounts of stress. Everyone needs to take a break and relax. While fishing in Anchorage or traveling to Milan sound great, they aren't the most piratical solutions.

How can you reduce stress on a daily basis and at home?

I work at beYOU.tv and we have many (free) health/wellness videos that are useful to reduce stress and avoid burnouts. Yoga and meditation are very effective. I personally enjoy swimming. If you want to reduce stress, check us out!
