This entry will be short because well I am tired. I think what I realized today is that for me, the biggest thing I need right now is motivation. Some fo the apps I am testing have ways of having your friends motivate you which is great.

But what I would like to see (and i think one has this now) is a timer that I set to remind me via cell or e-mail that it is time to workout. Maybe there are ways to send me reminders during the day "don't eat that cookie" or "time to workout, lace up the shoes" – I know for me even getting hourly reminders would be good. 

I think motivation is the key to success and for most of us, it is not that we are lazy but that we lack the motivation.
