Overheard: More changes afoot in Flock’s Management
by Allen Stern on June 13th, 2007
We have received a tip that it appears as though Flock's VP of Engineering and Product Development role might be opening up soon. See the image below (from the Flock about page) for the people who have left Flock over the past months.
I have been working with Flock's PR team for a couple of months now to schedule a time for me to meet with new Flock CEO, Shawn Hardin. We should be able to connect next week and I will report back after our discussion. I am very interested in learning more about what Flock is working on and their new leadership vision.
If you have any questions you would like me to ask Shawn, please leave them in the comments.

I’d like to hear what they’re going to do about Firefox adding a lot of the Flock functionality in to the core version of Firefox and how they’re going to separate themselves out enough to gain users. They say they have 250,000 users, but it doesn’t seem to be playing in Peoria.
Regarding the image, Will Pate still does work with Flock. It’s listed on his blog’s about page as an active client (although I think he does more work with Flock North in Victoria, BC). That and I met up with him this weekend. =)
Why is Justine not wearing her cam? :) I thought it was a requirement to be on 24/7?
I will update the pic for the Flock team, thanks for the correction.
