I've been using it since the last time you talked about it and I like it, when it's working. There are still some credit cards that I can't add because their interface doesn't work with it and the SMS often sends back garbled results.

Plus, when the service is down, it seems to bother me a lot more *because* they have all my personal information.

Support by the founders/developers is excellent though as they are very accessible and up front with what might be wrong as well as getting it fixed.

Hey Allen, Thanks for the great post! More good stuff to come

Thanks for the comments guys...

@Rex, We take the security of your data very seriously and have taken every precaution to protect your private info. Geezeo doesn't store your bank login, password or account numbers in our system at all.

In addition, Geezeo internally encrypts any identifying information so that it is impossible for anyone but yourself from accessing your balances and transactions (not even Geezeo employees/programmers).

Here's some more info on our site

Looks like you're a technical guy so you might appreciate this post from a recent presentation we did at an Amazon Web Services in Boston

@Rick thanks for hangin in there with us. Aggregating bank data is definitely one of the more challenging aspects of what we do. We're working hard on improving the success rate in adding new accounts (obviously critical to our business) but also improving our speed and proficiency in fixing problems. We're working on some internal workflow and think we'll be in a much better spot in about 3-4 weeks.

@Brandon, Yes, Yodlee does allow you to add all these account types as well. Some differentiators for Geezeo include social community, goals linked to accounts and tags, product ratings and we'll be adding some real nice budgeting tools soon as well.

Hope this helps everyone and thanks again for checking out Geezeo!

Why? Because someone phished my MySpace account. blah.... they spammed all my friends with stupid comments. This does however bring up a point about finance online. It is a dangerous, but yet cutting edge time we live in.
