The Importance of Specific and Measurable Goals

One of the most important parts of running a successful business is the ability to set (realistic) specific and measurable goals. Over my 15+ year career I’ve always been able to do this for for both my teams and projects. Though on CN I’ve found creating goals more difficult. Without goals and traction towards them, you will wind up just driving around the same block over and over again.
