		<description>One consideration that could help explain the similarity: Expedia owns TripAdvisor (as it does many other sites...like hotels.com) Not sure if this plays into similar traffic patterns seen above but it might be a clue.  For example, they could market the sites in a similar fashion or link to each other and cross drive similar traffic patterns. You can verify ownership by looking at the 10K filed with the SEC at Edgar Online.  Just type in &quot;tripadvisor&quot; and you&#039;ll see the name pull up OR googling it might be easier :)</description>
