Its a pity Alasdair didn't let the interviewer ask any questions without continually interrupting. I was most interested in who they saw as their competition.

Traineo is an obvious rip off of sparkpeople.com and my prediction is that they will never make a cent just like spark. Obviously their goal is to build traffic and sell to a media group who can then properly monetize this traffic without middlemen but i believe they have also missed the boat on this and spark will sellout before them. I wish u luck in your stressed out journey and the envitable relaunch of reputable health professional run sites onto 2.0 platforms.

I apologize - he did NOT interrupt me at all. For some reason the recorder overlapped part of his speech on top of mine. I have learned that the tool I use can record in 2 channels and my future recordings will be completed this way.

Also, traineo is nothing like sparkpeople. Not in the design nor the feeling you get from using it. I think both sites have merit and I like both. Sparkpeople is very good at the sending of emails. I like their daily emails.
