Java Developer
Showtime Networks is currently seeking a Java Developer to join our Digital Media Group. You will develop and implement applications in J2EE and prepare documentation, including technical design, help systems. You will work on our award winning website sho.com and Emmy winning ITV applications as well as other Digital Media ventures. Keep abreast of leading-edge technologies and assist management with the formulation of strategic directions and plans to keep Showtime as a leader in the Digital Media space.
To qualify, the ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of Java/J2EE development experience. Experience with JSP, dynamic web applications, XML, and Unix required. Relational database design experience, Spring, Struts, Oracle, AJAX, Eclipse, stored procedures, web services experience would be pluses. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a must.
