Overview:
The Ad Product Director role falls within the Time Inc Interactive (TII) Centralized Ad Operations Group. This group is responsible for overseeing the operations and traffic workflow process for over 50 Time Inc sites including People.com, EW.com, Instyle.com, TIME.com, CookingLight.com, RealSimple.com and ThisOldHouse.com.

Responsibilities:
• Manage 1-2 member team
• A keen awareness of the competition and deep knowledge of customer needs to build market-leading ad products that exceed financial goals.
• Responsible for setting the advertising strategy of a portfolio of advertising products and
• Accountable for setting and exceeding advertising revenue goals for each ad product
• Tactically manage advertising products through the product development lifecycle.
• Coordination of cross-functional activities across a broad range of stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Technology.
• Close coordination with Marketing and Sales on product positioning, promotional plans, and pricing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university, MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of online Product Management experience.
• Deep knowledge and experience with the product development life cycle.
• Solid understanding of Internet advertising products and ad serving technologies.
• Experience with business planning and revenue modeling.
• Experience working across large organizations and to bring various stakeholders together to plan, build, and launch products.
• Must be capable of thinking and operating at both a strategic level and a tactical level.
• Must have both keen business acumen and a high degree of technical aptitude.
• Strong organizational, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
