Hulu's small but growing team is seeking a Manager of Ad Sales Marketing to help build a service that allows people find and enjoy the world's premier content when, where and how they want it.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team through the development of customized or standardized promotional programs and added value components for advertisers
• Attend sales meetings to present/sell-in marketing proposals to agencies and clients.
• Organize and lead internal brainstorm sessions to develop marketing concepts and customized added value components.
• Oversee team’s execution of all sold in programs in conjunction with Director of Campaign management.
• Lead the strategic development, approval and distribution of ad sales materials including media kits, one sheets, etc.
• Ensure program sponsorship opportunities are communicated to sales team.
• Closely collaborate with the sales team to identify needs and opportunities to advance the sales effort.
• Monitor industry to keep sales messaging competitive and forward looking

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years previous Ad Sales, Marketing and Promotions experience in related field, preferably with heavy exposure to online marketing and promotions. TV experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, exciting environment.
• Strong ethics.
• Excellent writing skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills for a highly collaborative environment

Education:
Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus
