Job Description:
Kellogg Company is seeking a Direct-to-Consumer/Natural Manager of E-Business to help the company achieve assigned e-sales budgets. The work will focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) initiatives for Bear Naked, Kashi, Stretch Island and other future brands. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

a) managing multiple brand e-stores (specifically Bear Naked, Kashi and Stretch Island);
b) creating and implementing effective strategies and leveraging Kellogg Company functional areas to meet DTC needs;
c) researching, developing and presenting DTC e-channel opportunities to key internal stakeholders (e.g., new ventures, brand marketing, innovations); and
d) growing the DTC e-channel.

Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in one of the following areas: Marketing, Business Analytics, E-Business, Business Information Systems, Management or Communications – OR – High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 5 years experience in developing e-commerce and customer business solutions is required.

A minimum of 5 years sales or marketing experience required.- Demonstrated experience in leading large scale projects across multiple disciplines or business units preferred.- Previous experience leading the design or implementation of e-commerce solutions or applications is required.- Excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as interpersonal skills are needed in this position.- Position requires that candidate possess strong project management experience. - Proven working knowledge of web development using HTML and basic understanding of database structures is required. - Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally, is required.- Proficient computer skills are required including experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SAP. - Required working knowledge of WYSIWYG and general database application tools (i.e. ACCESS, Pivot Tables ..).- Candidate must have the ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
