Program Manager – Business Operations

We are seeking a passionate, resourceful Program Manager for a well-funded, fast-paced technology startup in SoHo, NYC. Sense Networks, Inc., co-founded by world-renowned computer scientists from MIT and Columbia University, has developed the first platform for analyzing real-time location data.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist executive team with all aspects of operations – planning, finance, accounting, budgeting
• Manage special projects, as needed
• Oversee key vendor relationships
• Prepare financial forecasts, presentations, and other communications materials as needed
• Prepare and execute hiring plan

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary
• Previous extensive Quickbooks experience
• Accounting background preferred
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Previous startup operations experience a plus
