We are looking for a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, demonstrate problem-solving skills and is comfortable with limited oversight. This individual will have exceptional sales and negotiation skills, a sharp agency and client focus, and experience in building digital marketing programs.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales process from prospect identification through close of sale and account renewal
• Generate creative, on-target ideas and see them through from inception to execution
• Draft proposals and RFPs for presentations to clients; arrange client meetings and follow-ups
• Develop new and high-quality marketing collateral using industry, marketing and third-party research
• Utilize measurement tools to add relevant, trustworthy data to presentations and proposals

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree with top-class academics
• 5+ years of advertising sales experience in related field, preferably online sales
• Sharp, detail oriented, thorough, and assertive
• Deep media relationships with marketers and agencies; must be able to work well at all levels of the agency & client structure
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• A self starter who is resourceful and creative with his/her approach to getting things done
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues
• Frequent travel
