Our Consultants understand bank needs, ask tough questions, and provide insight and strategic guidance based on experience. VMC Consultants orchestrate and facilitate a wide range of Visa Marketing resources against driving business for our Member banks including: Marketing Communications, Tracking and Analysis, Loyalty & Rewards, Promotions and Sweepstakes, Research, Database Marketing, Advertising, Events and Sponsorship and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies and plans as a marketing consultant for one of Visa's largest Member Banks.
? Provide marketing consulting that encompasses Visa credit and debit products and services.
? Prioritize and lead projects while assuring the judicious use of internal and agency resources.
? Lead budgeting, planning and financial strategy for the business including project return on investment.
? Foster strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and team, and serve as a strategic marketing partner, providing day-to-day integration and coordination of programs.
? Monitor competitive developments and best-in-class solutions to ensure their consistent and effective use in meeting both Visa and Member Bank business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
? 10 - 15 years of progressive marketing experience with leading consumer brand products in corporate, agency, or consulting environments.
? Financial Services experience, especially card marketing, is a plus.
? Must have strong strategic leadership, communication, and relationship skills and be able to project an image of the organization that enhances the professional credibility of marketing.
? Demonstrated experience in leading the development and delivery of effective consumer marketing strategies and programs; developing distinctive strategies to achieve competitive advantage; translating broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans; aligning organizations to support strategic priorities.
? Ability to promote ideas and proposals persuasively and shape stakeholder opinions.
