Associated Content, The People's Media Company, is looking for an online community development expert to build and nurture its community of Content Producers. Content Producers are Associated Content's professional and amateur media contributors who submit unique text, video and audio content to AC on a freelance basis.

Responsibilities:
-Recruit new Content Producers.
-Retain existing Content Producers by developing unique programs to keep them engaged.
-Activate Content Producers by developing programs to further incentivize them to submit more content more frequently.
-Research the trends and behavior patterns related to Content Producers.
-Develop partnerships with on and offline organizations that will further establish AC as a leader in the social media space.
-Develop affinity programs that will provide Content Producers with additional, peripheral benefits.
-Evolve unique monetary and non-monetary compensation programs.

Job Qualifications:
-7+ years experience growing and managing a large online community or web-savvy membership base
-A record of meeting recruitment goals
-Experience developing online partnerships
-Experience conceiving managing complex online messaging programs
-Well-versed in online advertising and online media
Social media experience preferred
-Experience managing a team and budget
