We are Publicis in the West, located in Seattle, Washington. We are an advertising agency that takes risks and has fun producing creative, integrated marketing solutions for brands such as T-Mobile, Citibank, HP, Washington's Lottery, Coinstar, Surfrider, and KEXP.

The Web Analyst will support the analytic needs of the Interactive Account team by analyzing web traffic using Pivot tables and Ad serving/clickstream tools such as DART, Hitbox, Webtrends, etc., to produce reports relating to outcomes. Other primary responsibilities include creating holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior agency management team, and collaborating with external partners and media planners/buyers to assist with data collection and reporting.

DELIVERABLES

· Weekly, monthly reports (excel, BI tools, clickstream analytics).

· Lead development of senior management dashboards.

· Data consolidation and validation.

· Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations.

· Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion/presentations for improving those processes.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

· Understands relevant technology applications in their area.

· Uses strong analytical skills provides insights as well as recommendations for changes and convinces key Company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.

· Identifies and drives requirements trade-offs by proposing solutions to business decision makers.

· Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.

· Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.

· Understands the complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree.

· At least two years of working with standard Ad serving and clickstream analysis tools: Atlas, DART, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics etc.

· Three to five years of experience in one or more roles with a major online ecommerce retailer or Interactive Agency.

· Three to five years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.

· Three to five years of business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units preferred.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
