Roles and Responsibilities

- Work with senior staff to design and implement cutting-edge web applications

- Deliver quality software against real-world deadlines

- Develop and implement QA test plans

- Provide application and bugfix support for clients

- Support internal IT infrastructure

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of at HTML, CSS, Java Script and XML

- Solid knowledge of AJAX patterns and best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- BS preferred

- Demonstrate at least 2 years of software development experience / real-world coding experience.

- Experience with Java/Struts, Ruby on Rails, and/or ActionScript/Flex a plus
