ODA is seeking a senior designer to make the push with us to the next level as we grow.

We’re looking for someone with discipline and diverse design styles from gritty to slick. A boundary pusher and cool-headed professional who can take control of a brand. You’ll partake in brand development from the ground up, digest business inputs, messaging and creative briefs and bring a brand to life where only a great idea and a Word Doc existed before. You’ll need to understand how to continue to develop and maintain multiple brands over time while managing the resources it takes to keep them focused. We want someone who is deeply devoted to the creative process and understands how it intertwines with business strategies.

We have a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. It’s demanding and challenging work of the best kind. You’ll work on brand development, identity systems, websites, brochures, comprehensive marketing programs, annual reports, tradeshow graphics, email campaigns, PPT/Keynote presentations, motion design and Flash demos. The position requires discipline, attention to detail, guts and a fresh perspective on each and every project.

As a senior designer you’ll also prep files for production, attend press checks, and clean your own dishes. Sound like your kind of place? Can you hit the ground running?

Qualifications:

* At least 5 years agency experience (Consumer, B to B)
* Mastery of Adobe CS3, Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote
* Strong Web design experience a must
* Intimate understanding of brand and the value it provides to an organization
* Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
* Can handle multiple demands and competing priorities
* Must be able to take and provide creative direction
* Good sense of humor

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
