We currently are seeking a brilliant, upbeat individual to enhance our company in the position of CREATIVE COORDINATOR.

Position Description

CREATIVE COORDINATOR – Working alongside our Event Producers & Sales Executives, the ideal candidate for this position will be able to conceptualize design ideas and convey them in the form of detailed renderings (preferably using a CAD 3D program like Vectorworks), design boards and/or Powerpoint/Keynote presentations. Once a design concept is agreed upon by a client, the Creative Coordinator will aid in translating the designs to our Production Staff, using detailed CAD drawings when needed. Responsibilities also include management of all company print and online marketing collateral with regular updates to the website and frequent press releases. Graphic design experience is mandatory along with team management and client facing skills.

Responsibilities:

Web Based Initiatives

* Design a weekly public interest blog
* Design monthly project profiles
* Design photographic layouts for the website
* Design corporate Facebook and Twitter pages

PR Initiatives

* Design templates to be used for monthly press releases.

Constant Contact

* Design templates to be used for monthly client newsletters.

Photo Assets

* Administer and maintain shared database of company photo assets.

Sales Responsibilities

Presentations

* Design templates for proposals
* Design templates for presentations
* Conceive and design company video reel
* Design and render projects
* Support the creative development of concepts for clients and participate in the presentation of concepts as necessary to support sales growth

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated knowledge and skill set of the following:

Adobe Creative Suite

Vectorworks or Blender

HTML, CSS, Coldfusion
