Responsibilities:

* Design, implementation, and maintenance of lead generation web application

* Participate in all phase of software development cycle (requirements gathering, coding, testing, releasing, updating)

Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field

* 0-4 years of experience

* Good experiences in Java, J2EE Technologies related web-based software development (JSP, Servlet, JDBC etc)

* Proficiency developing database applications development with MySQL or related RDBMS systems

* Good understanding of web related technologies including HTML, Javascript, AJAX, Cookie, CSS

* Knowledge of web 2.0 sites and technologies.

* Ability to work in both front-end and back-end development

* Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and excel in a rapid product development cycle

* Demonstrated commitment to quality work

* Experience with object oriented software design

* Strong analytical skills

* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

* Quick learner, ability to learn new technologies and deliver on fast-pace schedule

* Ability to work in a cooperative and team environment, as well as, the ability to work independently

* Must be able to create clean code or be able to run simulated QA tests to ensure quality

Additional Desired Qualifications:

* Experience with PHP

* Experience with open source framework like Spring and Struts

* Familiarity with various design patterns

* Experience in Linux environment

* Knowledge of CMS and CDN systems.
