Hey Allen --

Hope you're well.

To clarify, our relationship with Advertising.com enables publishers to easily monetize video on their KickApps powered site using the Lightningcast video ad platform. Our publishers use Lightningcast directly so we don't share in their revenue (it's all theirs).

This integration with Lightningcast/Advertising.com makes it extremely easy for publishers to add their video ads to their community site. Due to the highly targeted nature of our clients' sites, many are able to bring in premium level CPMs, which has been a hurdle for many UGC site. That's the difference when it comes to niche networks--high quality audience.

Our business model is based on an inventory share on their KickApps hosted community site. Publishers can buyout the inventory on their site for a usage based fee (we do this to link our business interest to your site's performance--it's a win-win for us all when you're successful). Whatever CPM a publisher gets beyond the hosting fee they pay KickApps is all PROFIT!

Take care,

- Michael
