Lead Web Programmer

Can you tell the difference between relational and hierarchical databases? Do you know what DNS is and how it works? Let’s face it… are you a nerd? If so, then send us your resume! O3 World is looking for creative and passionate programmers with aspirations of working on exciting and innovative web applications.

Candidates should have a superior knowledge of web programming (ColdFusion, PHP, and/or .NET), a knack for hitting their deadlines with minimal supervision and some killer foosball skills*.

You’ll work with a group of highly energetic and project oriented professionals who enjoy the fun and benefits of a small business. You’ll deal directly with our customers, building relationships and handling support, while seeing the immediate usefulness and success of your work.

In addition to web programming, you should have some knowledge of Flash, AS 2.0/3.0, AJAX, Javascript, XHTML, XML, MySQL, MS SQL Server, IIS, Linux and Apache. Genuine problem solving abilities are a must!

Good communication skills required, since you’ll be assisting customers on the phone with general support. However, restraint and professional courtesy is mandatory. You cannot make fun of them if their fax machine stops working and they want to know if their web site had something to do with it.
