We build graphics share because we had a core number of users who were essentially doing it off line (sharing graphics amongst themselves) so we wanted to encourage the community behavior.  

That said -  there&#039;s no reason we wouldn&#039;t over time create a mechanism for pro-designers to create and get paid for pro templates and elements.  It&#039;s a great idea,  we&#039;ll see if we get some pings to do it... could be something we build in a future release...
