We build graphics share because we had a core number of users who were essentially doing it off line (sharing graphics amongst themselves) so we wanted to encourage the community behavior.

That said – there’s no reason we wouldn’t over time create a mechanism for pro-designers to create and get paid for pro templates and elements. It’s a great idea, we’ll see if we get some pings to do it… could be something we build in a future release…
