It will be much more efficient and take 50% less time to create a page (i.e. you won't need to learn mediawiki--which takes weeks). Also, we're going to break apart different tasks on the page. So, our team in Manila might do the facts on the page (with citations), while our folks in the US working from home might write the original copy. So, you are almost correct.
