I agree and disagree. I am a huge transit junkie so it’s neat that a transit app won.

I think there were a load of issues with the competition. I’ve written about them before and can only hope that the v2 later this year is run better. A better run competition would bring in more views and more developers.

I was waiting for someone else to post and be the bad guy but seems i have to once again.

underwhelmed that this…is…the best app from the NYC big apps. I mean where is the social change? where is the ability to unlock data never before accessible.

It’s a freaking map people.

Interesting that the winner was not the investors choice too.
