MeetInBetween – Finds a Spot in the Middle

Meet InBetween Us is a new startup that offers a service to find a location to meet between two addresses. This could become a very useful service for me as I travel around meeting startups in various locations.

In my testing, the service worked very well. I entered addresses in a variety of locations, over water, etc. Meet In Between Us offers the following categories for locations to meet at: food, coffee, bar, golf shop, Apple store, hotel, library, mall and theater.

I did notice that one you select a location, you can’t go back and look at other locations as it forces you back to the home page. This needs to be corrected otherwise there will be frustrated users. Also, a login or tie into a Google Maps account would help with remembering locations for future use. Lastly, there are driving directions but it would be nice to have the option for walking and transit directions as well.
