Mimeo is awesome - great print quality, customer service and automated alerts for when things are done being printed, have been shipped, were delivered, etc.  I used them for a big presentation and had the books shipped direct to the hotel where the meeting was with overnight turnaround.  Regarding their location, I asked that question and it appears to be Memphis because FedEx is based there, and they can drop off shipments very late for next-day or same-day delivery.
