My Virtual Model Lets You Play Dress Up With Your Photo - Or Just Create A Hot Woman!
Instead of taking a lunch break today, I decided to check out a new feature on My Virtual Model. The new feature allows you to upload your own face and see what you would look like if you bought new clothing at several different shops including H&M, Sears and Lands End. No men and limited sizing options keep the tool simple but probably not effective enough to make a buying decision. The 250 pound woman doesn’t look that much larger than the "standard" model.
After you create yourself or a hottie, you can share it with friends or grab a widget for posting (mine is below). It’s certainly a great way for the associated brands to spread their message. I think I will stick to StyleDiary for this type of fashion testing. Might be a fun Facebook application to share your potential clothing selections with your friends for approval before clicking buy. And some men might want to use it to see what their significant other might look like in a pink nightie.
