		<description>I agree that it is important for both users to ask permission and for creators to make their intentions clear. If everyone knows what the next person wants, it is much easier to avoid accidental infringements and to separate the good guys from the bad.

You are also right that the best way you can do that is to license your work, either through a licensing statement or a CC license, with the terms you want. 

If we don&#039;t talk about these issues, we just have a bunch of people getting offended with the other half not knowing why...</description>
