Nice Translator is Way More Than Nice… It’s Sweet!
We’ve reviewed a variety of online language translation services including Windows Live Translator and ConveyThis. As I’ve been learning German, having a quick translator for initial translations has been important. I am betting we’ve all used Babelfish and Google Translate.
Today, via Orli, I found Nice Translator and it’s anything but nice. Nice Translator describes their service as, "a fast, easy to use online translator designed with simplicity and functionality in mind." What makes Nice Translator special is that it translates what you type on the fly and can translate into multiple languages at the same time. In the example below, I translated from English to Dutch, German and Russian at the same time. FriendFeed user Mona who is fluent in Japanese noted, "Japanese to English is top notch".
Josh at CNET says the mobile version of NiceTranslator works well but he prefers the Google mobile translator. Oh yea, you can select from 36 languages to translate to! Now where’s their Website translation tool?

It’s rather nice, but Russian/Ukrainian translation is pretty weak though.
very nice indeed!!
