Allen,
You bring up some good points - these are the things I'm hoping to hear.
1. You mentioned we didn't discuss how to find the talent, or let people know you were looking. - NYSIA has had a job board, as does NextNY, Center Networks, SAI, and others. But I suspect you're more looking for information as to how entrepreneurs can network to find talent. Is that correct?
2. Real Estate: In our discussion before the call several on the panel were skeptical this was an issue with a 'start up situation' as everyone seems to work virtually. However, the larger issue we didn't cover is - it's expensive to live and work in NYC. Especially if you're trying to get people to come here from elsewhere. Cheni from Sunshine suites was there and did mention the flexible space he has, and I know Tony was there from New Work City, but there's lots more to discuss on this topic.

3. Organizational Process - Not sure what you mean, or if this is a question or a critique. Happy to discuss more, drop me an email.
