if you want to compete in new york city you have to try harder, we are spoiled. try to compete with the smaller pizza parlors instead of Domino’s who charge a rediculous price.
We are poor and can not afford to pay your prices.

I am not happy with your advertising policy and the way your specials ARE advertised.
They do not give the whole total price of the pizza. EXAMPLE is the delivery price, the price of the extras on the pizza. YOU CAN DO BETTTER. IN MY AREA OF THE BRONX ALL THE LOCAL MAMMA AND PAPPA style Pizzas do not Charge for delivery and your pizza
charges $1.75. I am a unhappy customer and do not plan for a Pappa John’s Football Party. MARIA GOMEZ

I work in a pizza shop and we get people who always have the same order delivered to the same place at the same time every week.
By allowing them to text, without having to move from in front of the TV over to the PC (which their kids might be hogging) then it certainly cannot lead to sales decreases. Anything to make the whole order placing process easier must be a plus

So I can easily view & browse on my mobile at Pizza Hut or I can send and receive cryptic messages and go through redunadnt hoops at Papa Johns. What an idea!
